The Virginia Short Circuit Horse Show Association has been holding quality horse shows for over 46 years. Through our family oriented yet competitive environment, our riders grow to compete successfully at A-rated shows.
The historic Virginia Short Circuit Horse Show Association offers something for everyone.
Our shows have classes suitable for every rider from beginner to expert. Our classes range from leadline to children and adult hunter, pleasure, and equtation classes on ponies and horses. Our divisions and short circuit rules are described in detail in the Short Circuit Documents links at the bottom of this page.
Riders can find divisions that are perfectly suited for their skill level and mount.
Trainers will find classes that are suitable for all the ponies, horses, and riders in the barn.
Show Managers will find an established organization and membership to help make their horseshows the best they can be!
Our show season includes 20 shows located throughout Northern Virginia throughout the spring and summer. The season culminates in a year-end banquet featuring high point division award presentations, many special awards, and high point trainer award with perpetual trophies.
